With instant account verification, you can securely connect your U.S.-based ACH bank account and start processing payments as soon as it’s activated. Bank accounts are added per club, and you can only choose clubs you’ve played at or where you already have a customer profile. ACH payments may incur lower fees than credit card payments.
Adding a new bank account
- Log in to your Chronogolf account and navigate to Settings > Payment methods.

Select the club you want to add the bank account to.

Click Add payment method > Add Bank account.

Select your banking provider and sign in to your bank account.
- Select the account you want to use.
- Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click Submit.
Your bank account should be verified instantly, and is ready to use at the chosen club for house account charges and other payments.
Removing a club's access to a bank account
- Log in to your Chronogolf account and navigate to Settings > Payment methods.
- Select the club you want to remove your bank account from.
- Click the trash button to the right of the bank account you want to remove.
- Confirm you want to remove access.
You may see an error if auto-billing is enabled at the club you are trying to remove your bank account from. Contact the club directly to adjust auto-billing settings as necessary.
