This applies to the legacy version of the Chronogolf mobile app.
The mobile self-check-in feature lets golfers check in for their tee times directly from a mobile device without needing to visit the pro shop. This functionality is available through club-branded mobile apps, as long as it has been enabled by the golf course.
If self-check-in is not available in your club’s mobile app, contact the club directly to confirm its availability.
Feature highlights
- Self check-in is available starting at 12:00 AM on the day of your tee time.
- Check-in buttons appear on the home page under Upcoming Tee Times and in the Upcoming and Past Tee Times section.
- If the club uses GPS for check-in:
- Enable precise GPS access on your mobile device.
- You must be within 500 meters of the club to check in.
- Check-in is only available once you've arrived for your tee time.
- The check-in window closes once all players have checked in, or two hours after the tee time—whichever comes first.
How to check in from the mobile app
Select the reservation you'd like to check in for.
Choose the players who are checking in.
- Proceed to payment using the card on file, or add a new payment method.
Confirm your check-in.
You’ll see a confirmation page once the check-in is complete.
On the reservation details page, checked-in players will be clearly marked.
