Booking as a member

If you're a member at a golf course that uses Chronogolf by Lightspeed, you can reserve tee times directly from the member dashboard, calendar, or mobile app. Each method offers an easy way to browse availability and confirm your bookings. Follow the steps below based on the platform you're using.

Booking from the tee sheet

Use the member tee sheet to see who’s playing and reserve your spot with just a few clicks.

1. Click Member Tee-Sheet to the right of your name on your account page.
2. This will open your dashboard and give you access to the course’s online tee sheet.
3. Use the tee sheet to view upcoming reservations and select your preferred time slot.
4. Depending on your membership type, you may be able to book 5, 7, 10, or 14 days in advance.
5. To include guests, search by last name or select someone from your buddy list.
6. After completing your reservation, you and your guests will receive a confirmation email.

Booking from the calendar

You can also use the booking calendar on the Chronogolf website to reserve a tee time.

1. Go to www.chronogolf.com and log in.
2. If you're a member, make sure you're logged in before selecting a tee time.
3. Once logged in, navigate to the calendar view to begin booking.
4. Select the date, game type, course, number of players, and member types.
5. Choose your preferred tee time from the available options in the drop-down list.

Booking through the mobile app

You can book as a member directly from the Chronogolf mobile app, available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

1. Download the Chronogolf app from your mobile device’s app store.
2. Log in using the same credentials you use on the Chronogolf website to access your membership profile.
3. Search for your course and select your desired tee time.
4. Complete the booking based on your membership privileges.
