Whoosh members use the Chronogolf dashboard to view account information connected to their club membership.
House accounts
A house account tracks charges, payments, and balances for one member.
Family accounts
A family account groups connected members under one account. The primary member is responsible for managing the family account and receiving family-account statements.
The family account may show the combined amount due for connected members. Individual members may still have separate house-account balances and transactions.
Viewing your statements
To view your statements, open the Chronogolf dashboard from Whoosh and follow Accessing your member statements from Whoosh.
Depending on your club’s setup, you may see a family-account statement separately from an individual house-account statement.
Making a payment
To pay an individual house account, follow Making house account payments.
If you do not see a payment option for your family account, contact your club. Payment options may depend on how your family account has been configured.
