House account statements display your monthly opening and closing balances, along with a detailed breakdown of your charges. You can view your current statements or download historical statements directly from your golfer dashboard. Some club-specific settings may affect how your house account statements appear in your dashboard.
Current and historical house account statements can both be accessed by logging in to your chronogolf.com account and navigating to My Account > House Accounts.
Select which house account you want to review if you have multiple.
Viewing current and historical statements
You can review and download current and historical house account statements from your dashboard.
- Select the monthly statement in question from the list.
- Click View all statements if it is not listed.
- You can view the itemized Sales Receipt by clicking on any transaction with a blue reference number.
- Click Download to save a PDF copy of the statement.
Viewing your payment history
Your house account's payment history lists all payments processed towards your account balance.
Click View all payments to see more, and hover your mouse over the Status of each to see a more detailed date and time.
